The Training is boring but necessary!
The Trip Over - June 9-10 - Syracuse, NY, USA is a long way from South Africa!
Days spent in Kruger National Park - We recovered from the trip nicely here.
June 14th we flew back to Durban for the race.
Days spent at Durban - This being an up year, the race started at sea level in Durban and ran up to Pietermaritzburg.
